Is this just ChatGPT?
No. ChatGPT is a useful tool you open and type into. AI employees have their own computer, memory, and connections to your tools, work from a playbook, and we look after them for you.
What does this mean for my team?
AI employees take routine work off your team: sorting, summaries, first drafts, and reminders. Your people approve the work and keep making the decisions.
Can it send an email or pay a bill on its own?
Not without your approval. Nothing is sent, paid, or deleted until someone on your team signs off, and that rule is written into our agreement.
Who owns the AI account?
You do. Your company opens the account and invites Cambium as an admin, so the AI employees and their work stay with you if we ever part ways.
Is there a long contract?
No, service is month to month, and either of us can cancel with 30 days’ notice.
We already have an IT person. Does this step on their toes?
No. The AI employees sit beside your current IT, and we are happy to work with whoever you have now.
We are a dental or medical office. Can we use this?
Yes. It starts with non-patient office work, like reviews, hiring, and vendor follow-up. For the rest of your IT, we help put the technical safeguards HIPAA calls for in place and keep them maintained, alongside your compliance advisor.
How long does setup take?
