Two ways to work with us

Pick what fits how your company works.

Ongoing network support

Computer network support in Omaha, month to month. With managed IT, we handle monitoring, updates, changes and one local number to call when you need help. Ongoing network support comes with managed IT.

Project work when you need it

Network refreshes, office moves, Wi-Fi upgrades, Cisco and Meraki hardware, business internet and phone systems. Without managed IT, network work is quoted as a project or hardware job.

What we set up and support

Business network support covers the equipment that connects your office: firewalls, switches, Wi-Fi, cabling and remote access. When it works, nobody notices it.

Firewalls

The box between your office and the internet. We set it up, help maintain the rules and keep it updated.

Switches and wired connections

The gear in your network closet that connects computers, printers and phones. Installed, labeled and documented.

Office Wi-Fi

Coverage designed around your office, a separate guest network for visitors, and help with the spots where the signal drops.

Cabling

We plan and deliver cabling projects, so jacks end up where your desks actually are.

VPN and remote access

Secure ways for your staff to reach office files and systems from home or on the road.

Network monitoring

We monitor your firewall, switches and Wi-Fi and install updates to help catch problems early.

Business phone systems

Cloud-based business phone systems (VoIP): new systems, moves off old ones, and one-time installs. Because we also work on networks, we check the things that affect call quality when the office gets busy.

Business internet

We quote and order business internet and backup lines, coordinate the install with the carrier, and set up the firewall on our end.

Cisco and Meraki

We sell and support Cisco and Meraki switches, firewalls and Wi-Fi, including licensing and renewals.

Security cameras

Security camera installation and support, so you can see what is happening inside and out and look back at recordings when you need to. Cameras stay on their own part of the network.

How a network project works

From the first walkthrough to support after the install.

  1. 1

    Walkthrough

We look at what you have today, where people sit, and what is not working.

  2. 2

    Plan and quote

What we would put in, where it goes, and what it costs, in plain English.

  3. 3

    Installation

We schedule the work around your business day and test everything before we call it done.

  4. 4

    Documentation

You get a written record of your network, so the answers are not stuck in one person’s head.

  5. 5

    Support after the install

Keep us on for IT network support, monitoring and updates as part of managed IT, or take the documentation and run with it. Later changes can be quoted as a project.

A solid network comes first

Your network is where security starts.

When your only internet line drops, email, phones and anything in the cloud usually go with it. Most small offices run on one line, and that is fine until it goes down.

Firewalls, updates and remote access all tie into our cybersecurity work.

AI employees that take the busywork off your staff: they sort the inbox, draft follow-ups and handle first-pass helpdesk triage, so your office gets more done. Your people approve anything that goes out. We keep the network and Microsoft 365 underneath them running. How AI employees work.

  • A backup internet line can take over when the main one fails.
  • Cameras kept on their own part of the network.
  • Remote access that does not leave the office network open to the internet.

Networking questions

Do we need a managed IT contract to hire you?

No. You don’t need a managed IT contract to hire us for a project or buy hardware. Many network jobs are one-time projects.

Can you work with the equipment we already have?

Often, yes. We start by looking at what you have. If something is old or unsupported, we will tell you and explain why, and you decide what to replace.

Is one internet line enough for our office?

For many small offices it is. If your team cannot work when the internet is down, a backup line is worth a look.

Do you run the cable yourselves?

We plan and deliver cabling projects, then connect and test the equipment once the cable is in.

What does business network support include?

Setting up and supporting the equipment that connects your office: firewalls, switches, Wi-Fi, cabling projects we plan and deliver, VPN and remote access, and network monitoring and updates. We do it as ongoing support with managed IT, or as a one-time project.

Can our staff work from home safely?

Yes. We set up secure remote access so staff can reach what they need from home without leaving the office network open to the internet.

Do you install security cameras?

Yes. We install and support security cameras for Omaha offices, and we keep the cameras on their own part of the network so they are less likely to become a way into your computers.

Do you set up business phone systems?

Yes. We set up cloud-based business phone systems (VoIP) for Omaha offices, including new systems, moves off old ones and one-time installs. Because we also work on networks, we check the things that affect call quality when the office gets busy.

Where are you located?
