Our story
Cambium Data was founded in June 2009 and is Navy veteran-owned. Owner Tony Underwood has over three decades of experience in IT.
From our office at 6542 S 118th St, we work with businesses across the Omaha metro. One local company handles your IT, network, phones, internet, cameras, security, cloud and AI employees, so you are not sorting out which vendor to call.

In Tony’s words
Why Cambium?
When I started Cambium in 2009, I took my experience running the Cisco infrastructure of a multi-billion dollar company and offered enterprise solutions to small and mid-sized businesses at a price that made sense. The response was amazing, and in 2010 we won the Cisco SMB Partner of the Year award.
The hardest part was coming up with the name. Cambium is the plant tissue that trees need to grow into their mature form. We want to be the Cambium for your business, so you can grow into the company you are meant to be.
I also have to mention that my last name is Underwood, and Cambium is Under the wood of a tree. Hey, it’s the truth.
